Dyuvan Ray Foundation (DRF) Overview

Dyuvan Ray Foundation (DRF), a Section 8 company, was established on 10th September 2021 by Shruti Dimble, Neha Sinha, and Sachin Upadhye—seasoned development professionals with over 20 years of experience. DRF envisions a gender-just, equitable, and self-reliant society, driving financial inclusion, social development, and sustainable growth through impactful programs.

Grounded in respect, empathy, and integrity, DRF continues to transform lives and build resilient communities through its holistic and sustainable initiatives.

Samruddhi

Focused on empowering socially and economically vulnerable women, "Samruddhi" enhances financial inclusion and self-reliance through training in leadership, personal development, and vocational skills. DRF operates training centers in Vadgaosheri and Dhayari, Pune, providing courses in fashion, beauty, and food-related fields, enabling hundreds of women to start income-generating activities.

Project Vidya Dhanam

Aimed at bridging academic gaps, this initiative supports students from grades 3 to 6 in subjects like Marathi, English, and Mathematics. Conducted in collaboration with Dnyan Prabodhini School and at DRF’s Vadgaosheri center, it focuses on foundational skills, boosting students’ academic performance and interest in learning.

Surakshit Bachpan

Dedicated to child safety, this project educates children, parents, and teachers about child sexual abuse. Awareness sessions have reached approximately 600 children, fostering alertness and protective measures for a safer environment.
