DRF’s projects offer a diverse range of opportunities for individuals passionate about making a difference in women’s empowerment, education, and child safety. Volunteers can contribute based on their skills, time, and interests to support DRF’s mission of creating a gender-just, equitable, and self-reliant society.
1. Samruddhi (Women Empowerment)
- Assist in vocational training (fashion, beauty, food).
- Mentor women in leadership and entrepreneurship.
- Help market beneficiaries’ products.
- Organize events like exhibitions and fairs.
- Community Survey.
2. Vidya Dhanam (Education Support)
- Tutor students (grades 3-6) in Marathi, English, and Math.
- Create learning materials and track student progress.
- Facilitate workshops and group learning.
- Community survey.
3. Surakshit Bachpan (Child Safety)
- Conduct safety workshops for children, parents, and teachers.
- Develop educational materials for awareness.
- Support event coordination and community outreach.
4. General Roles
- Manage social media and campaigns.
- Help with fundraising, outreach, and admin tasks.
- Translate materials into local languages.
